Placing Orders You can place orders on our website using the shopping pages. Please check the details of your order carefully before submitting it. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges your order has been received by us. Please note that all products featured on our website are sold subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any item ordered is unavailable and will refund it in full.
Payment All payments are made in advance using the methods shown on our website. All transactions are in UK sterling and take place through PayPal (please also refer to their terms and conditions with respect to payment transfer).
Order Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds All orders may be cancelled and refunded in full prior to their dispatch. Once dispatched, undamaged items can be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, or you no longer want it, you will be fully liable for the cost of the return postage. The item must be suitably packed to avoid damage and must be sent using tracked postage. We will not refund items that arrived damaged or marked because of unsuitable packing, or that are lost in the post. We regret that we cannot amend the contents of an order once it has been placed. All refunds will be made to the card used to pay for the order and will be processed within one working week.
Delivery and Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders placed through the website within 2-3 working days. Charges for delivery vary and are displayed at the time of purchase. Please note that unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to take delivery at the address you have specified for shipping, a note will be left with details on where you can collect – this will normally be your local Post Office or depot. You are responsible for ensuring that you collect the items in question - we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any goods left uncollected or unattended. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery for items which are out of our control, such as flooding or weather-related issues, strikes, government action etc. Larger items of original art work will be insured as standard – this cost will be included your packaging and shipping quote.
International Delivery If you are ordering from outside of the UK please note that your delivery may be subject to import taxes or other additional charges for which you will be solely responsible for paying. Such charges are not under our control and we do not offer advice or costings.
Ownership of Rights All rights on this website are owned by Jo Witherington. You must not copy, modify or use any illustrations, images or content without a license to do so.
